SET index down 0.32%

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index on Tuesday lost 2.20 points or 0.32 per cent to close at 685.89 points. The market value was 13.14 billion baht, with 1.68 billion shares traded.

The SET100 index ended the session at 1,032.44 points, down 4.06 points or 0.39 per cent, with a total trade value of 11.20 billion baht.

The SET50 index tumbled 1.95 points or 0.40 per cent to stay at 480.60 points, with a total transaction value of 10.20 billion baht.

However, the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) index gained 0.59 point or 0.28 per cent to stay at 210.21 points, with a total turnover of 234.42 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

PTT closed at 214.00 baht, down by 3.00 or 1.38 per cent.

PTTEP closed at 130.00 baht, down by 1.50 or 1.14 per cent.

PTTCH closed at 75.25 baht, down by 1.25 or 1.63 per cent.

BANPU closed at 538.00 baht, up by 2.00 or 0.37 per cent.

BLA remained at 25.00 baht.
